Leyre (Lady) Salazar is a Family Advocate at the Frances Leiter Center and has a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She is a professional who always has the passion to help and advocate for others. Her experience in the health and educational department, customer service, and recruiting has given her the knowledge to understand people's needs and to accomplish her goal of helping others. Working as a team is necessary to enhance services with colleagues in order to continue strengthening people’s lives. One of her missions is, “To be committed to the welfare of people everyday with the help of clients, staff, and the community.” Leyre also enjoys hiking, reading, running and baking with her family.

Skye Leffler serves as a Family Advocate at the Nicarry Center and as a Group Facilitator for the Incredible Years Program. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Millersville University in December 2020. Skye brings diverse professional experience from roles in retail management, education, retirement communities, rehabilitation centers, and mental health facilities. Guided by her core social work value of Dignity and Worth of the Person, she is committed to treating every individual with respect while honoring cultural, ethnic, and personal differences. Outside of her professional work, Skye enjoys exploring local parks, kayaking, cooking, painting, and spending quality time with her family.
